relax + fold with height adjustment for the head: Handling

Unfolding
Release the safety loop before unfolding.
a) Hold the handle on the head section and press the locking lever downwards with your foot.
b) Guide the head section towards the floor.
c) Then unfold the foot section the same way as the head section

Folding
a) Hold the handle on the foot section and guide it upwards until it locks into place.
b) Guide the head section as far as the vertical foot section.
